This Charter applies to all personal data processed by entities of BRIDGE BANK GROUP - COTE D'IVOIRE (BBG CI) acting as data controllers. It explains how we use this data, with whom we may share it, and what measures we take to ensure its confidentiality, security, and the rights you have in this regard.
It may be amended at any time, in line with changes or additions made, in particular to comply with any regulatory or organizational developments.
In accordance with Law No. 2013-450 of June 19, 2013 on the protection of personal data, BBG CI has undergone the necessary formalities for the processing of personal data with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI).
In addition, BBG CI has appointed a Correspondent for the Protection of Personal Data, responsible in particular for the rights you have in accordance with this law.
