International Tender Notice: Selection of a Firm Responsible for Defining the Ten-Year Strategic Plan for Regional Interbank Payment Systems (2016-2025) and Developing the Five-Year Business Plan (2016-2020)
As part of the deepening of its intervention strategy, the Interbank Monetary Group of the WAEMU is launching a consultation with the aim of securing the services of a firm responsible for the definition of the ten-year strategic plan for the regional interbank monetary project (2016-2025) and the development of the five-year business plan (2016-2020).
For this consultation, specialized firms in the fields of strategy and finance (prospective, strategic planning, management, business plan development, etc.) and in the implementation of legal and institutional reforms are being sought.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.', upon payment of the non-refundable sum of Fifty Thousand CFA Francs (50,000 FCFA), in cash or by bank transfer, to the account number SN000 01001 000000200401 63 opened in the books of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) in the name of GIM-UEMOA. The TDRs can alternatively be transmitted electronically to the bidder upon payment.
Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes no later than Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 12:00 GMT, at the headquarters of GIM-UEMOA at the above-mentioned address and must clearly bear the mentions outlined in the terms of reference.
The offers must remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the submission deadline.
No late offers will be accepted.
The deadline for the execution of the work is set at three (03) months.
The opening of the offers will take place in a public session, in front of the bidders (or their representatives) who wish to attend, on September 3, 2015 at 15:00 GMT at the headquarters of GIM-UEMOA, in the meeting room on the 4th floor.
